Invasive species like European buckthorn, honeysuckle, and autumn olive are easily the main reasons people call us for forestry mulching. This property was so thick with buckthorn along the edges that, in some spots, we ended up with nearly 4 inches of mulch just from the mass amount of brush we took down. We made sure to keep the healthy, established trees standing while clearing out the boxelders and invasives. It completely transformed the property, opening up the views and finally giving the owners their land back.
